Toba studied fine art in Toronto, Ontario in the ’70s. For many years she worked as an art director for a variety of Canadian publications. She currently paints full time in her studio. Toba works in oil, acrylic, and mixed media. Her work is in private collections in Canada, U. S. A., and South Africa.
